While technology plays an extremely important role in our business it is our people who make Rochen's web hosting solutions stand out from the crowd. We have a small but dynamic and highly motivated leadership team who aim to go above and beyond for each and every customer.

Christopher Adams - Founder & CEO

Chris Adams - Founder & Chief Executive OfficerAs a veteran of the web hosting industry, Chris has served in the role of Chief Executive Officer at Rochen since he launched the company in July 2000. Chris is responsible for overseeing all business functions at Rochen including making sure that while the company maintains steady growth it does not impact on the services we deliver to existing customers. Thanks to his strong leadership skills Rochen is completely cash flow positive and debt free while having doubled in size every year since inception. Most importantly Chris believes in very a flat management structure allowing for flowing and open communication. He enjoys taking a hands on approach when dealing with our customers.

Ben Johnson

Ben JohnsonBen Johnson is quite literally a guru when it comes to server management and he holds many industry recognised qualifications including the prestigious Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification. Ben has over a decade of systems engineering experience behind him. He is directly responsible for ensuring that Rochen's servers are kept secure and continue humming along smoothly. Most recently Ben has been involved in planning for the launch of our private data center suite in Dallas, TX keeping redundancy in mind at every stage. Ben lives in the beautiful city of Kelowna in BC, Canada with his wife Natasha.

Brad Baker

Brad BakerBrad joined our team back in 2003 and anyone who has dealt with him since will know that he has a passion for going above and beyond the call of duty to assist our customers wherever possible. Having come from a web development background Brad is able to see many issues from a customer prospective which helps greatly when deploying new services. Brad is a heavily active member of our Customer Forums interacting on both topics relevant to web hosting and others not so relevant! Brad is originally from South Africa but now lives at Australia's most easterly point, Byron Bay, with his wife Lee.

Martin Rouf

Martin RoufAs Rochen's first member of staff, Martin knows our business inside out and what our customers expect from us. With original responsibility for overall customer support Martin has now transitioned to heading up our sales and billing operations. He has primary responsibility for issues such as account upgrades, downgrades or cancellations as well as ensuring that we remain committed to important policies like our money back guarantee. Martin has a wide range of skills having worked extensively in the telecommunications area.

Tom Parkison

Tom ParkisonEvery company has to have one and at Rochen Tom is our self-styled 'geek' of operations. Tom joined us in 2002 and has been with us ever since taking on roles such as customer support and systems administration. When it comes to programming in languages like PHP Tom is an expert and actually contributes bug fixes and other code to many open source projects. A lot of the systems you see in place at Rochen such as the reseller API for our server status page is Tom's work at play. In his spare time Tom is also a big fan of ANIME.
