Every Managed Virtual Server (MVS) is within a self-contained and isolated virtualized environment running its own operating system install, web server, mail server and other core services. This means that we can not only customize the entire environment configuration to meet your needs but your usage can’t image on other customers and vice versa. Unlike a shared hosting plan you are not sharing core services with other customers.

Like a full Managed Server from Rochen with a Managed Virtual Server (MVS) solution we will look after absolutely everything at the server-level for you including keeping the environment secured, responding proactively to any issues your system may encounter and keeping you updated around the clock as to the system status. For example, if the PHP Group announces a security update for PHP then we don’t expect you to come to us requesting your MVS be updated, but instead we will let you know the update is available and schedule an appropriate time to apply it. Likewise, if your MVS experiences some kind of problem at 3AM then we will immediately respond and proactively begin working to resolve the problem, we do not expect you to get into the office at 9AM finding your environment has been offline all night and having to raise a ticket with us.
