Host Unlimited Domains With our Reseller Hosting Plans you can Host Unlimited Domains under the single account. You can allocate your disk space storage and data transfer between your various domains however you like.
Sub Domains Create unlimited sub domains under each of your hosted domains. A sub domain takes the format: sub.domain.com.
Parked Domains Create unlimited parked domains allowing you to have multiple domains pointing to the same account and content.
Web Host Manager (WHM) Reseller Panel The Web Host Manager (WHM) reseller panel allows you to manage all aspects of your reseller account via its easy to use web based interface. You can create client accounts, remove accounts, manage packages, set bandwidth and disk space quotas for your clients, edit DNS zone files and much more instantly through the WHM system. WHM is the central management hub for your reseller account.
cPanel End User Control Panel cPanel allows you to take complete control over each of your domains including allowing management of your entire website, email accounts, databases and more. For example, you can add / remove email accounts and forwarders, configure password protected directories, install FrontPage Extensions etc. directly through the cPanel system without having to contact customer support.
RV Skin Langugae and Theme Manager RV Skin is an advanced theme system for cPanel and can be used in place of the regular control panel theme. It supports all the regular cPanel functions including allowing management of your entire website, email accounts, database and more. RV Skin also supports over 20 languages (English, Spanish, German and French to name a few). Reseller Hosting clients can also customise the look and feel of the entire interface for their clients with their own style, logo etc.
Hardware RAID10 Arrays Hardware RAID10 - All servers have full hardware RAID10 support to help reduce or even eliminate downtime in the event of a hard disk failure. A minimum of six high performance SCSI hard disks are mounted. All servers are backed by a hot-spare disk for immediate failover and the SCSI hard disks are completely hot-swappable so that a failed disk can be replaced while the server remains online.

Private Branding The entire service is privately branded so Rochen will remain hidden from your customers.
Custom DNS / Name Servers Privately branded name servers come as standard with all of our reseller plans and allow Rochen to remain completely hidden from your customers by providing you with your own DNS. For example, instead of your name servers being ns1.rochen.com and ns2.rochen.com then they would be ns1.yourhost.com and ns2.yourhost.com. To your customers it appears as if you are operating your own servers and hosting infrastructure.
FREE Client Exec License A free license for the Client Exec customer relationship manager (CRM) is provided with all reseller plans, with the exception of Plan 1. Client Exec is a very powerful system which allows you to securely manage all of your client data, handle invoicing and much more. Client Exec can be fully integrated with your reseller account via the Reseller API system allowing seamless control and management of your clients accounts. Reseller Application Programming Interface (API) The Reseller API system provided with our range of Reseller Hosting plans allows you to integrate scripts and applications directly with your reseller account via the Web Host Manager (WHM) for extended / external client management purposes. You can either develop your own scripts to integrate using the API or use pre-built systems such as Client Exec. A free license for Client Exec is provided with all Reseller Hosting accounts. Please note though, you can perform all tasks through the Web Host Manager (WHM) itself without the API. The Reseller API simply exists to give you a much greater amount of integration if required. As an example, you could tie your external invoicing system in with account creation.

Create Unlimited Email Accounts You may create an unlimited number of email accounts via your control panel which can be accessed via standard email clients using POP3 or IMAP4 as well as via our own webmail system.
SMTP Access SMTP access is provided on both ports 25 and 1025. This ensures you can always access SMTP even if you are using an Internet Service Provider (ISP) who blocks access to external SMTP servers on port 25.
Email Forwarders You can setup email forwarders to point to any email account you have created. You can also setup a forwarder to point to an external email account hosted elsewhere. E.g. GMail, Hotmail etc.
Auto Responders Auto responders can be setup for any of your email accounts instantly via your account's cPanel An auto responder delivers an automated response to anyone who sends you a message. This feature is especially useful if you are out of the office or away on holiday and would like anyone who sends you a message to know that you won't be back until a specific date. Can be accessed from the "Mail" menu within cPanel.
Mailing List Software You can operate small mailing lists under your accounts using our included software.
Web Mail Access Rochen offer two web mail systems (Horde and Squirrel Mail) which allow you to check your messages at anytime via your web browser without the need to have an email client installed. This is especially useful if you are checking your email while on the move from somewhere like an internet cafe or a public computer because it means you can check your email quickly and securely without the need to configure your account on that computer or install any special software.
SPAM Filtering We include several tools to help you fight SPAM including Spam Assassin, Spam Box and Box Trapper. All of these tools can be easily configured via your account control panel.
Enterprise Antivirus Rochen's Enterprise Antivirus system sits as a protection layer in front of your inbox. It scans all of your email for malicious content before it reaches your inbox or gets downloaded to your computer.
Custom MX Record Changes We allow you to easily change the Mail Exchange (MX) record for any of your hosted domains. This is useful if you are hosting a domain where the company runs their own mail server at their office but wants to host their website with Rochen. We can point the MX record for their domain to their office mail server.

Dual PHP Platform Support - PHP4 and PHP5 Rochen is proud to be one of the very first hosting providers to offer dual PHP platform support meaning we support both PHP4 and PHP5 alongside each other on the same server. This is extremely useful because it means you can run a PHP4 script in one directory and a PHP5 script in another directory of the same account. You can select on the fly the PHP build you wish to use. There is no need to host sites on different servers etc. If you require a PHP or PEAR module to be installed which isn't already compiled on the server then we would be happy to add it for you.
Perl You can run Perl scripts under your accounts.
Python You can run Python scripts under your accounts.
Custom Error Pages Create your own custom pages for errors such as 404 (File Not Found), 403 (Forbidden Access) etc.
Apache Handlers Setting custom handlers for Apache is permitted. For example, you could set a handler to phrase all .html files via PHP.
Password Protection The password protection function within your cPanel allows you to create password protected areas within your website. For example, you could password protect yourdomain.com/members so that when this URL was entered into a user's web browser they would be asked to enter their credentials before the content was displayed. This feature is ideal for creating members-only areas etc.
Support for .htaccess We allow for .htaccess files to be created under accounts letting you take advantage of Apache modules such as mod_rewrite.
Raw Logs Access You may download the raw access or raw error logs for your accounts for further analyse.
AW Stats View full graphical statistics about the visitors to any of your hosted domains. Find out where they came from, what pages they viewed and more via AW Stats.
Cron Jobs Cron Jobs allow you to set a script to run automatically at a specific time.
Shared SSL (HTTPS) Connect securely over an HTTPS / SSL connection to any of your hosted domains using our shared SSL certificate. We can also install a dedicated SSL certificate upon request.
Server Side Includes (SSI) You may use Server Side Includes (SSI) under any of your accounts.
